Applicant #1 Consideration of an Area Variance for a line setback to build a garage for property owner, James Talarico, property located at 1649 County Rt. 11, Parish, NY 13131.

Applicant #2 Interpretation of the current Village Zoning Law as it prohibits the siting of a manufactured home within the village for property owner, Maureen Stetson, property located at 2992 W. Main Street, Parish, NY 13131
