The Town of Parish will be conducting a Parish Dog Enumeration (Dog Census) beginning July 1st, 2019. Under Article 7 section 109 of the Ag. & Markets Law: Licensing of Dogs: The law states that the owner of any dog reaching the age of four months shall immediately make application for a dog license.
