The regularly scheduled monthly Parish planning board meeting of Monday, May 22, will not be held that date.
The meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, June 5, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish village gym, 2938 East Main Street, Parish, New York, and is open to the public.
The Town-Village Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the following at 6:30pm on April 24, 2023 at the Parish Gym on Main Street Parish NY.
Section 135. Procedural Waiver
Conveyances made so as to combine existing lots by deed or other instrument require planning board review. The planning board may waive the subdivision application and review procedure as provided for in this law if the planning board determines that the proposed subdivision is of minor significance. Such waiver shall be in writing, and shall include the following findings:
1. The proposed subdivision does not involve the creation of more than two lots.
2. The applicant has provided evidence acceptable to the planning board that all proposed lots conform to the requirements of the zoning law. Such evidence may consist of proposed deeds, plot plans or surveys of the lands included in the proposed subdivision, or of part of the lands included in the proposed subdivision where such part provides the planning board with evidence sufficient to make a determination.
3. The proposed subdivision has no negative environmental significance pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617
The Parish Joint Town/Village Planning Board is scheduled to meet on the following dates in 2023:

The Parish Joint Town/Village Planning Board meets at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish Village Gym on the north side of NYS Route 69 (2938 East Main Street) in the village of Parish.
The public is welcome to attend these meetings.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parish Town and Village Joint Planning Board, will be holding a Public Hearing on the Wade Sub-division, Voorhees Road, Parish NY on November 28, 2022 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Parish Village Gym, 2938 East Main Street (NYS Route 69), Parish, New York.
The Parish planning board has rescheduled its December meeting from its usual date to Monday, December 19, 2022. The time remains 6:30 p.m. and the location remains the Parish village gym, 2938 East Main Street, Parish, New York.
