Legal notice – requesting bids for village hall entry door refurbishment or replacement

LEGAL NOTICE

The Village of Parish, New York will be accepting Bids for refurbishing or replacing the entry door at the Village Hall at 2938 East Main Street, Parish. Anyone interested in submitting a Bid please contact Tasia Engst, Village Clerk via phone: 625-4592 or email: villageclerk@parish-ny.us

All bids must be submitted no later than September 15, 2022.

Request for bids – roof replacement

Please take notice, the Town of Parish is soliciting for bids to replace the existing roof membrane on the 75ft x 80ft (6,000SF+/-) Parish Highway Building located at 25 Dill Pickle Alley, Parish, NY 13131.

Based on the assessment of the roof, requests are required for recommendations for replacement as well as estimates for costs and work schedules.  A 20 year warranty will be required upon completion of the project.

Please submit bids to the Town of Parish by mail at PO Box 66, Parish, NY 13131 clearly marked “Sealed Bids”.  Sealed Bids are due no later than July 20, 2022 by 4:00 pm.

NYS Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this project.
