PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Parish Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on December 17th 2020 at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss the purchase of a new plow truck for the Parish Highway Department and USDA Community/ Facilities Loan/Grant Financing. Please email jay@ggprocess.com with any questions.

The Town of Parish is accepting applications and or resumes for Seasonal Wing Operator Positions beginning December 1st, 2020 through April 30th, 2021.

All applicants should live within 15-20 minutes from the Parish Highway Department.

All interested applicants should send a letter of interest and or resumes to Town of Parish, PO Box 66, Parish, NY 13131. Attention: Craig Petit, Parish Highway Superintendent.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, Seasonal Roads in the Town of Parish, such as Happy Valley Road, White Hill Road and sections of Saint Mary’s Roads, Church Hill Road, and Chapman Road will not be maintained from December 1st, 2020 to April 1st, 2021.

Request for proposals – Town of Parish Highway Department Building Repairs and Improvements

The town wishes to contract for engineering and/or architectural consultant services to assist in scoping repairs needed to the highway barn, prepare cost estimates of anticipated costs and to help the town prepare for a USDA Rural Development Community Facilities program application and other grant and financing opportunities.
