PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Parish Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 17th, 2019 at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym. The Public Hearing will be called to order at 6:00 pm.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to notify the public that the Parish Town Board is considering Local Law #1 of 2019, to establish and impose a temporary six (6) month moratorium on free-standing solar panel installations within the Town of Parish.
All comments, concerns, and questions will be addressed.
The Public is invited to attend.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending 2018 for the Town of Parish is on file in the Parish Town Clerk’s Office located at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym. The Financial Report is available during regular business hours for inspection.

The Parish town clerk’s office will close at noon on Friday, August 30, and will be closed Monday, September 3rd in observance of Labor Day. The town clerk’s office will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, September 4.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Parish Town Board will hold a budget workshop for the 2020 Budget on September 5th, 2019 beginning at 6:30 pm. The next budget workshop is scheduled for September 26th, 2019 beginning at 6:30 pm. Budget workshops will continue to be held on Thursdays beginning at 6:30 pm until the 2020 budget process is complete and or as needed. All budget workshops will be held at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym.

The Parish town board will start work on development of the 2020 town budget starting Thursday, September 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish Village Gym, 2938 East Main Street, Parish, New York. The town board’s next budget meeting following that will be on Thursday, September 26 and following Thursdays in October; same time and location excluding Thursday, October 17 (the regular October town board meeting).
The public is welcome to attend these meetings.
The Parish town board will hold a workshop at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish Village Gym, 2938 East Main Street, Parish, New York for the purpose of working on the town’s Corrective Action Plan in response to the findings of the state audit of the town issued in May 2019. This meeting is open to the public.
The town board workshop scheduled for Thurday, July 25, 2019 has been cancelled.
The Parish town board will hold a workshop on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish Village Gym, 2938 East Main Street, Parish, New York, for the purpose of work on the Corrective Action Plan in response to the recent audit conducted by the state comptroller’s office. The public is welcome to attend this meeting.
