Please take notice, the Town of Parish is soliciting for bids to replace the existing roof membrane on the 75ft x 80ft (6,000SF+/-) Parish Highway Building located at 25 Dill Pickle Alley, Parish, NY 13131.
Based on the assessment of the roof, requests are required for recommendations for replacement as well as estimates for costs and work schedules. A 20 year warranty will be required upon completion of the project.
Please submit bids to Craig Petit, Parish Highway Superintendent by mail at PO Box 66, Parish, NY 13131 clearly marked “Sealed Bids”. Sealed Bids are due no later than May 19th, 2021 by 4:00 pm.

NYS Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this project.
The Town of Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
