NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW #1 & #2 OF 2021

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Parish Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed amendment on the Town of Parish Zoning Law on April 15^th, 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm. to be held at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym and via Zoom.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is for consideration of adoption of the Town of Parish Zoning Local Law #1 of 2021 amending Town of Parish Zoning Law, Local Law # 1 of 2018.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, immediately following the Public Hearing held for consideration of Town of Parish Local Law #1 of 2021, a Public Hearing will be held for Local Law #2 of 2021.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is for consideration to enact an extension of a Temporary six (6) month Moratorium on Free-Standing Solar Panel Installation within the Town of Parish authorized under Local Law #1 of 2019.

All interest parties will be heard and all questions and concerns will be addressed.

Parish Town Board public hearing and regular December meeting to be offfered via Zoom, Thursday, December 17, 2020, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency, and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law and subsequent Executive Orders, the Parish Town Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, December 17, 2020. The town board will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m.:

Parish town board public hearing on law authorizing exceeding tax levy limit for 2021 budget, and on the 2021 preliminary budget

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; The Parish Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 5^th, 2020 at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym and by Zoom. The Public Hearing will be held immediately following the Tax Cap Public Hearing that begins at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear all comments regarding the 2021 Preliminary Budget, and contracts for the Parish Fire Company and McFee Ambulance.

Copies of the 2021 Preliminary Budget will be available for inspection prior to the hearing at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 113 OF TOWN LAW, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are as follows:

Supervisor $16,000.00

Town Clerk                             $22,000.00
Councilman (4) each             $4,000.00
Town Justice                           $15,000.00
Tax Collector                          $4,000.00
Highway Sup’t                        $44,000.00

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Town Board will convene to a Special Meeting directly following the Public Hearing to consider adoption or amendment of the 2021 Budget, the 2021 Contract with the Parish Fire Company, and the McFee Ambulance Contract.

Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym or by Zoom regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Parish and Spectrum Northeast LLC, l/k/a Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Parish Town Clerk’s Office, 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
