Parish town board meeting 6:15 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 2021 to be held via Zoom

Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency, and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law and subsequent Executive Orders, the Parish Town Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 6:15 p.m. via Zoom.

Due to COVID-19, the village gym was closed to the public effective Monday, December 14, 2020 until further notice, and therefore this meeting will not be open to the public in person. The meeting will be available electronically, via Zoom teleconference.

The town board will initially meet starting at 5:30 p.m. to conduct interviews with candidates for assessor. This portion will not be offered via Zoom. At 6:15 p.m. or as close to that as necessary, the town board will conclude those interviews and the Zoom session will start for a town board review of proposed zoning amendments with Matt Johnson of the Tug Hill Commission. The regular March meeting of the Parish town board will start upon conclusion of that review.
