Notice of filing completed assessment roll with clerk after Grievance Day
(Pursuant to Section 516 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Town of Parish, in the County of Oswego for the year 2021, has been finally completed by the undersigned Assessor, and a certified copy thereof was filed in the office of the Town Clerk, on the 1st day of July, 2021, where the same will remain open to public inspection.

Regular June town board meeting rescheduled to Thursday, June 24
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Parish Town Board has rescheduled their Regular Board Meeting from June 17th, 2021 at 6:30 pm to June 24th, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The Regular Meeting will be held at 2938 E Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym and via Zoom.

Parish town and village clean-up day Saturday, June 5, 7:30 – 11:30 a.m.
The town and village will be conducting its annual clean-up day on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 7:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the town highway department, 25 Dill Pickle Alley, Parish, New York.
Furniture, documents, cardboard, electronics, tires (no rims; limit 8) and paint cans (only if paint is dry) will be accepted.
Batteries, chemicals, hazardous waste, household garbage, paint, tree limbs and grass will not be accepted.
This event is for Parish town and village residents only, and the town and village reserve the right to ask for identification.

Parish town-village boards joint meeting RESCHEDULED to Thursday, July 8, 2021
The next Parish town-village boards joint meeting which would normally fall on Thursday, June 10 according to the schedule established at the beginning of the year has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Parish Village Gym, 2038 East Main Street, Parish, New York.
The meeting has been rescheduled due to anticipated additional information pertaining to matters expected to be on the joint meeting agenda.

As Executive Orders allowing remote participation by municipal officials via Zoom have expired, all town and village board members must be physically present at the meeting in order to be able to vote.
Grievance Day 2021; and office hours
Grievance Day 2021 will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The assessor will not be conducting office hours on the following dates due to other grievance days:

Parish town board meeting 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2021 to be held via Zoom
Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency, and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law and subsequent Executive Orders, the Parish Town Board will extend its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.
The meeting at the village gym will be open for public attendance as well.
There will be a sign-in sheet, mask wearing and social distancing will be expected and enforced, and COVID-19 precautions will be observed.
