Parish town board budget public hearing Wednesday, October 30, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; The Parish Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear all comments regarding the 2025 Preliminary Budget.

Copies of the 2025 Preliminary Budget will be available for inspection prior to the hearing at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 113 OF TOWN LAW, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are as follows:

Supervisor $18,500.00
Town Clerk $26,000.00
Councilman (4) each $4,500.00
Town Justice $16,500.00
Tax Collector $4,500.00
Highway Sup’t $54,000.00

A Special Meeting will be held immediately following the Public Hearing for the purpose of considering adoption of the Preliminary Budget as the 2025 Final Budget.

The public is invited to attend.

10/3/2024– Clerk presents the 2025 Tentative Budget
Review of Tentative Budget and Modifications (A and B Funds)
10/10/24– Review of Tentative Budget and Modifications (DA, DB, and fire Funds)
Approve Tentative Budget which becomes the 2025 Preliminary Budget
10/24/24– Public Hearing on Preliminary Budget 6:30 pm.
Adopt/Modify 2025 Budget
10/30/24– (Wednesday) Additional Date if needed.
11/20/24– Final date to adopt the 2025 Budget
All workshops are held at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY in the Village Gym beginning at 6:30 pm.

Parish town board 2022 preliminary budget work meeting, Thursday, November 11, 2021, 6:30 p.m.

The Parish town board will hold a special meeting on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish Village Gym, 2938 East Main Street, Parish, New York, to continue work on the 2022 preliminary budget. The public is welcome to attend this meeting.
