PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Parish, New York, a proposed local law enacting an extension of a temporary six (6) month Moratorium on free-standing solar panel installations with the Town of Parish.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the Parish Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed local law #1 of 2020 to be held by video conference or at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY on 9/10//2020 at 6:00 pm. The public can submit questions and comments in writing in advance of the hearing and meeting by US Mail or e-mail to the Town Parish Town Clerk at townclerk@parish-ny.us. Instructions for calling in to listen to the meeting will be available on the Town’s website at townofparish-ny.us. In the event the Corona Pandemic has been resolved by such time, the public hearing will be held at the Parish Town Hall at 2938 E. Main Street, Parish, NY 13131 on such time and date.
The proposed Local Law entitled“ A Local Law Enacting an Extension of a Temporary six (6) Month Moratorium on Free Standing Solar Panel Installation within the Town of Parish”, authorized under Local Law No. 1 of 2020.
