We are excited to share that the Parish Hometown Heroes Banners are moving into the production phase! Attached to this email, you will find a proof sheet containing multiple banner designs. Please open the file as a picture to view it and take a moment to locate your specific banner. These were created using the information and photo quality provided on your original order forms; please keep in mind that the final print clarity is dependent on the quality of the photo submitted.
The banner uses information from the order form, so only mistakes in that original data can be corrected—not changes to the original details.
Because we are working under a very tight timeline to ensure the banners are printed, shipped, and installed on schedule, we need your help to verify the details quickly. Please review your banner carefully for any errors. If you find a mistake, please email the specific change to parishbanner@outlook.com no later than 4:00 PM this Monday, May 4th. If we do not hear from you by that time, we will proceed with printing as shown.
