To get on the agenda for the planning board meeting, please complete and send the agenda item request form found on the Documents and Forms page.
Documents related to planning board review must be submitted by e-mail in PDF format to the chair two weeks prior to the meeting date, and the applicant or a representative is required to meet with the planning board in person during the process.
